About Us
Both Brian and Dawn were born and raised in Maryland. We were married and relocated to Orlando, FL for Brian's job. We liked it for a year or so but we longed to be back where the seasons change and close to our family. Once we had children we wanted them to be able to see the seasons as well as experience snow. We decided to purchase a vacation cabin in the Smokey Mountains. We liked to visit our cabin so much just because of the relaxed feeling you get in a log home and because of the warmness. We decided to move back to Maryland to get closer to our family and decided to build a log home to live in permanently.
After a lot of searching, pricing, studying, and comparing, we decided to purchase our home package from The Original Lincoln Logs. After almost 2 years of building on weekends and evenings, we were able to move in. Here to the left is a picture of the rear of our home.
We welcome clients into our home as our model. You can make an appointment or visit one of our open houses.
We also work with some local builders to help you achieve your dreams. We have a local lender also who has helped many of our customers.
